*Position:* Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive
*Location:* Wakad, Pune / Mumbai
*Experience:* 1-5 Years in Real Estate Sales
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Lead Generation & Conversion* - Handle walk-ins, hot leads, and site visits
2. *Customer Handling* - Understand customer requirements like Budget, Location, Vastu
3. *Site Presentations* - Conduct professional property presentations and negotiations
4. *Follow-ups* - Daily follow-up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
5. *Documentation* - Support customers in booking process, loan, and paperwork
6. *Target Achievement* - Meet monthly sales targets for 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK projects
*Required Skills:*
1. Excellent communication & negotiation skills
2. Customer-centric approach & objection handling
3. Knowledge of Pune/Mumbai real estate market is a plus
