Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, generating leads, promoting our products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area.

- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.

- Explain and promote company products/services to customers.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Prepare regular reports on customer visits, leads, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth customer service.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Positive attitude and ability to work with sales targets.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones and communication apps.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
