About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our EdTech team in Pondicherry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our educational products/programs, generating leads, meeting students/parents and educational institutions, and converting prospects into enrollments.

This is a field-based, target-driven role requiring excellent communication, relationship-building, and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to schools, colleges, tuition centres, coaching institutes, and other relevant locations.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, events, and local outreach activities.
• Explain and promote the company's EdTech programs, and learning solutions.
• Conduct product/course presentations and demonstrations whenever required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and local partners.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Provide regular reports on field activities, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, exhibitions, education fairs, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, counselling, and marketing teams for smooth lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, EdTech, education sales, business development, direct sales, or counselling is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel within Pondicherry and nearby areas.
• Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
