Job Description: Accounts and Taxation TrainerWe are seeking an Accounts and Taxation Trainer with 1–2 years of experience to deliver practical training in accounting, GST, TDS, income tax, payroll, and financial compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct classroom or online training in accounting and taxation.
• Train students in Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, payroll, income tax basics, and financial statements.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and practical case studies.
• Conduct hands-on accounting software and spreadsheet sessions.
• Explain tax filing and statutory-compliance processes clearly.
• Evaluate learner performance, provide feedback, and support career readiness.
• Keep training materials updated with current tax and compliance practices.
• EligibilityB.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, or related work.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Required SkillsSound understanding of basic accounting principles and Indian taxation.
• Knowledge of GST returns, TDS, income tax basics, and payroll.
• Good communication, presentation, and learner-handling skills.
• Ability to explain concepts through practical examples.
