Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and short-form content.
• Edit videos with transitions, effects, subtitles, sound, music, and motion graphics.
• Develop creative concepts according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Design content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Content, Sales and Management teams.
• Adapt designs and videos into multiple formats and sizes.
• Ensure all creatives are visually appealing, error-free and delivered on time.
• Follow current design, video-editing and social-media trends.
• Manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Maintain organized files, project assets and source files.
• Use AI tools to improve design, editing and content-production efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Canva / Canva Pro
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of AI-based creative tools is an advantage.
• Required SkillsStrong creativity and visual sense.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, colour, composition and branding.
• Strong video storytelling and editing skills.
• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into creative content.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle urgent and multiple creative requirements.
• Qualification & ExperienceGraduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic designing and video editing.
• Must have a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both design and video-editing work.
• Experience in Real Estate / Digital Marketing / Advertising / Social Media will be an added advantage.

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
• Produce engaging content that supports lead generation and marketing campaigns.
