Job Description
Daily cleaning and mopping of rooms, corridors, staircase and common areas
Thorough cleaning and sanitization of bathrooms and toilets
Cleaning dining area, common lounge and other shared spaces
Dusting furniture, windows, doors, railings and fixtures
Emptying dustbins and ensuring proper waste disposal
Maintaining cleanliness of washbasins, mirrors and bathroom fittings
Periodic deep cleaning of rooms and common areas
Changing/assisting with bedsheets and room preparation when required
Reporting plumbing, electrical, furniture or maintenance issues immediately
Keeping housekeeping materials and equipment properly organized
Monitoring stock of cleaning liquids, garbage bags, tissues and other supplies
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
Helping prepare vacant rooms before new residents move in
Following the daily cleaning checklist and reporting completion to management
