Sales Executive

About the Role: Sell self-adhesive labels to manufacturers and brand owners. You'll own your territory — hunt for new clients, grow existing accounts, and hit monthly targets.

Target Industries & Customers:

• FMCG brands and contract manufacturers
• Pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies
• Cosmetics, personal care, and ayurvedic brands
• Food & beverage (packaged food, beverages, dairy, confectionery)
• Chemical, lubricant, and industrial product manufacturers
• Agro, seeds, and pesticide companies
• Garment, footwear, and consumer durable brands
• Packaging converters and co-packers

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit prospective clients in the above industries
• Generate leads through cold visits, referrals, networking, and industry databases
• Understand client label needs (material, size, quantity, print specs) and pitch the right solution
• Get quotes prepared with the internal team and negotiate to closure
• Grow existing accounts through repeat orders, new SKUs, and upselling
• Build long-term relationships with purchase, packaging, and brand teams
• Work with the in-house Sales Coordinator who will support you and help set up high-value meetings — while also setting up meetings independently
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain pipeline and visit reports in Zoho CRM
• Follow up on payments and resolve client issues
• Office reporting at 9:00 AM; field visits from 11:30 AM onwards

Requirements:

• 3+ years B2B field sales (labels/packaging/printing preferred)
• Own two-wheeler + valid license
• Good English & Hindi
• Smartphone + CRM comfort
• Graduate in any discipline
