1. Social Media ManagementManage and handle daily posting on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
• Maintain content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and course promotions
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across all platforms
• 2. YouTube & Content UploadingUpload and manage lecture videos, promotional videos, and shorts on YouTube
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
• Maintain consistency in branding and video quality
• 3. Telegram Channel ManagementShare daily updates, class links, notes, and announcements
• Ensure timely communication with students
• Manage student queries and engagement
• 4. Zoom Session ManagementSchedule and create Zoom sessions for live classes, webinars, and workshops
• Share joining links with students via social platforms
• Ensure sessions run smoothly (waiting room, recording, participant management)
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during sessions
• 5. Class Monitoring & CoordinationMonitor ongoing live classes and ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate between faculty and students for any technical or scheduling issues
• Maintain attendance and session records (if required)
• 6. Live Chat MonitoringHandle live chat during sessions on platforms like Zoom / YouTube
• Respond to student queries in real-time
• Escalate important questions to faculty during live sessions
• Ensure professional and timely communication
• 7. Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack engagement metrics (likes, views, shares, comments)
• Monitor growth of social media platforms
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance
