Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)/Business development Associate (BDA)

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Business development associates to drive student admissions, build strong relationships with parents and schools, and expand the reach of our academic programs (JEE/NEET/Foundation).

• Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits, seminars, school tie-ups, and referrals
• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career paths
• Tele-counselling parents and generate the walk ins
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and promotional activities in schools
• Build and maintain relationships with school authorities and partners
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
• Maintain accurate data of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with academic and operations team for smooth onboarding

• Required Skills:Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good understanding of education sector (JEE/NEET preferred)
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to handle parents and students professionally
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp communication)
