CCTV Footage Analyst

Role Overview

The CCTV & Billing Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing

surveillance footage from restaurant establishments, cross-referencing with billing records,

and identifying discrepancies or suspicious activities. The role requires keen observation

skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to document and report incidents in a

structured and comprehensive manner.

Key Responsibilities

 Review and analyze CCTV footage from restaurant operations.

 Cross-check footage with customer bills to ensure correct orders are served and

transactions are accurate.

 Detect and flag any irregular, fraudulent, or suspicious activities by staff or customers.

 Maintain accurate and detailed reports of observed discrepancies, including time

stamps, involved parties, and supporting evidence.

 Submit structured incident reports through the designated reporting system.

 Collaborate with supervisors/management to escalate high-risk cases.

 Maintain confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive data and recordings.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong observation and analytical skills.

 High attention to detail and accuracy in comparing video and billing records.

 Ability to identify unusual or suspicious behaviors.

 Strong written communication skills for clear incident reporting.

 Familiarity with surveillance systems and basic knowledge of billing/point-of-sale

systems (preferred).

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

 Ethical, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree any stream, with min 2-3 years experience in related field

 Prior experience in compliance, audit, security monitoring, fraud detection, or related

field desirable.

 Proficiency with computers and ability to learn reporting software/tools.

 Excellent Written English Skills mandatory
