As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various stages of software development, including analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple application components. The role also includes maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure the software meets client needs and quality standards. This position requires balancing multiple tasks and adapting to evolving project demands while contributing to the overall success of software delivery across one or more client projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within the project scope.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database integration and query optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and debugging tools.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
