Customer Support Specialist

• Position:
• Food Testing & Customer Support ExecutiveEducational QualificationB.Sc. in Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Science or any other relevant Science discipline.
• Candidates with a strong Science and Chemistry background will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant educational qualifications may also be considered.
• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage information related to Food Samples received for testing.
• Review and verify sample details and relevant testing parameters as per the laboratory requirements.
• Perform accurate Data Entry, Record Keeping and Database Management.
• Maintain proper records of customer communications, sample details and follow-up activities.
• Communicate with customers through telephone and email regarding sample-related queries, requirements and updates.
• Coordinate with the concerned Laboratory Team and Head Office Officials for smooth processing and follow-up of samples.
• Ensure timely communication and proper documentation throughout the customer support and sample coordination process.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all customer and laboratory-related information.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and customer handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Data Entry and Database Management.
• Ability to understand and work with Food Testing Parameters and Laboratory-related information.
• Good coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
