Job Description
- Customers ko shipments/orders safely aur timely deliver karna.
- Delivery se pehle customer ko call karke location confirm karna.
- Mobile app ke through shipment status update karna.
- COD orders mein payment collect karna aur accurately submit karna.
- Delivered, undelivered aur return shipments ko company process ke according handle karna.
- Customer ke saath polite aur professional behaviour maintain karna.
- Daily assigned delivery targets achieve karna.
- Vehicle/bike aur delivery equipment ko properly maintain karna.
- Company ke safety aur operational guidelines follow karna
Requirements:
- Valid Driving License.
- Own bike/two-wheeler preferred.
- Android smartphone.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
