Graduate (B-com) / M-com / MBA11-13 years (12+ years)NA'a)

Expert understanding of Accounting principles and practices across the entire F&A value chainb)

Experienced in diagnostics and migration of new process) Intense focus on SLAs, VoC, governance, client engagement and service delivery)

Drive process and quality improvements across the team)

Plays a critical role in recruitment, process training, talent management, talent engagement, etc.f)

Knowledge of RPA and automations (Should be preferred instead of mandatory) strong people management skills

Relevant experience includes experience in following areas based on the requirement :Invoice processing

Exception handling

Vendor master management Helpdesk/Service desk Open item remediation GRIR analysis and follow-ups T&E/Concur Payments Procurement Support SAP knowledge mandatory (Preferred)''

,Has led Six Sigma/Lean projects

Independently handles assigned work; output requires little or no supervision''

Knows the counterparts at client side and works towards building a maintains a strong relationship with them.
