Job Description
Position : Consultant – Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno-Functional

Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated engineering and management graduates to join our Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) consulting team. As an OTM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will work with global customers to implement, configure, support, and enhance Oracle Transportation Management solutions that optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in Supply Chain, Transportation Management, Cloud Technologies, AI-enabled business solutions, and enterprise consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Learn Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices.
•    Assist in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
•    Support production issues, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.
•    Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
•    Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
•    Participate in system integration, data validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•    Continuously learn emerging Oracle Cloud and Supply Chain technologies.
•    Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, testing, and solution development.

Eligibility:
•    B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines) or MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Systems, Business Analytics).
•    2025/2026 graduates or recent graduates with excellent academic performance.
•    Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
•    Good verbal and written communication skills.
•    Willingness to learn enterprise applications and supply chain business processes.

Preferred Skills:
•    Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, or programming concepts.
•    Understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, ERP, or Business Processes is an advantage.
•    Exposure to Oracle Cloud, ERP, or enterprise applications is desirable.
•    Knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, or integration concepts is a plus.

AI & Digital Skills (Highly Preferred):
Candidates should demonstrate curiosity and practical exposure to modern AI tools and technologies, including:
•    Effective use of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) for research, documentation, and productivity.
•    Prompt engineering fundamentals.
•    AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
•    Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI usage, and data privacy.
•    Interest in automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and intelligent business solutions.
