About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on technical professional to handle product assembly, testing, PCB soldering, PCB repairing, troubleshooting and production documentation for our electronic wellness products.

The candidate should have good practical knowledge of electronics, testing and product assembly and should be comfortable working directly with electronic products and PCBs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic products as per company SOP and production requirements.
• Perform PCB assembly, component fitting and soldering.
• Conduct PCB and finished product testing to ensure proper functioning.
• Identify faults and perform basic electronic troubleshooting and PCB repairing.
• Replace faulty electronic components and carry out necessary rework.
• Perform wiring, connector fitting and electrical connections.
• Conduct final functional and quality checks before product completion.
• Maintain production, testing, repair and quality documentation.
• Maintain proper quality standards during assembly and testing.
• Handle basic product packing and prepare finished products for dispatch.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of PCB and electronic components.
• Experience in PCB assembly and soldering.
• Good knowledge of electronic product testing.
• Knowledge of PCB repairing, fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify and replace faulty electronic components.
• Knowledge of wiring, connectors and circuit connections.
• • Ability to use Multimeter, Oscilloscope, and basic electronic testing tools.
• Good understanding of product assembly and quality checking.
• Basic computer knowledge for production and technical documentation.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics
• ITI – Electronics / Electrical with relevant practical experience may also be considered.

Experience

0–5 years of relevant experience

Candidates with practical experience in electronics assembly, PCB repairing, soldering, testing and troubleshooting will be preferred.
