Job Description
1.Plant Maintenance: Run routine checks on electrical panels, heavy-duty pump motors, blowers, and automatic power factor correction (APFC) panels.
2.Fault Diagnosis: Use testing tools like multimeters and clamp meters to troubleshoot power failures, short circuits, or motor tripping
3.Automation & Control: Inspect and service Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and SCADA interface links
4.Breakdown Repair: Replace damaged wiring, burnt contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers (MCB/MCCB/ACB), and faulty sub-mersible pump cables.
5.Safety & Compliance: Follow plant safety norms, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and log daily energy consumption and breakdown metrics
