The professional collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural framework aligns with business goals and industry standards, continuously innovating to deliver superior technology-driven outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align technology architecture with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure and cloud service management.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure IT architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools within IT operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on enterprise-wide impact.

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
