Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Good to have skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative business and system integration services to clients, ensuring that their needs are accurately understood and translated into effective technology and business solutions. This role requires active engagement in discussions around transformation initiatives and the customer journey, while contributing to the design of functional and application solutions. The Integration Engineer works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that the implemented solutions align with business requirements and support overall organizational goals, fostering seamless integration across systems and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices related to Snowflake.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data integration solutions.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and improve system performance within Snowflake environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing architectures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
