Inventory Management Executive

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to join our team. The role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, managing basic bookkeeping in Excel, and updating stock data in Google Sheets on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain purchase and sales books in Excel
• Track daily inventory movement — stock received and dispatched
• Update and maintain inventory records in Google Sheets accurately and on time
• Perform basic data entry and ensure record accuracy
• Coordinate with the team to reconcile stock counts as needed
• Flag discrepancies in inventory records promptly

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge, including typing and file handling
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Good attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Honesty and reliability in handling stock and records
