Location: Pune City or PCMC or MIDC Area(As per your choice Nearby or within 20km from your Current Residence)

Education: ITI Draftsman-Mechanical/Diploma / BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech

Branch: Draftsman-Mechanical/Mechanical / Automobile / Production

3D Software Knowledge: Solidworks / Solid Edge / Fusion 360/ Inventor / Catia / Creo / UG-NX

2D Software Knowledge Mandatory: AutoCAD / ZWCAD / Draftsight / Ares.

Design Domains: Fabrication, Jigs and Fixtures, Special Purposes Machines, Transportation Trolleys, Pallets, Conveyors, Sheet metal: Non-Automotive, Equipment required for Food Industry, Farming Equipment, Structural.

Years of Experience in Mech. CAD Design: 0 to 2 years

Minimum Expected in hand Salary per month 15K to 20K CTC 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA

NIURAVI's Role Other perks:

1. Accidental Insurance Approximately minimum 20Lac

2. Mediclaim Approximately minimum 5Lac

3. Earned Leaves (1 per 26 Workdays)

4. Govt. Holidays (0.83 per 26 Workdays i.e. minimum 10 per Anum)

5. Travelling Allowance at actual bus Ticket or Bike or CNG Car or Petrol & Diesel Car.

6. Quarterly increments of 1K 

i.e. Yearly Incentive 30000, Average Extra Increment per Month 2500, Yearly Increment 4000

Total Yearly Increment 6500 (depends on actual attendance)

7. Bonus of minimum 6K at Diwali (depends on actual attendance)
