Job Description:

Proven expertise in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on application development within Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). Possesses in-depth knowledge of consolidation processes and significant experience in Planning and Budgeting (PBCS) modules.
Experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
Strong functional knowledge of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, consolidation methods, calculations, and financial disclosures.
Skill Requirements:

Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementation/support with expertise in PBCS and FCCS.
Hands-on experience in FCCS/HFM application development, data management, integrations, and reporting.
Good understanding of financial consolidation, close, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, client coordination, and UAT support.

WFP – Configuration & Data Loads, Existing Employees, Benefits/Earnings/Taxes, New Employee setup
CAPEX – Configuration & Data Loads, Tangible & Intangible Assets
Financial Statements – Data Loads & Allocations
Security – Dimension Level & Cell Level Security

FCCS:
Data Exchange & Integration
Data Management, Batch Definitions & Batch Executions
Metadata management
Batch Jobs (ERP USD, ERP Non-USD, Floqast)
Reports (Trial Balance, GAAP Income Statement, Intercompany Matrix, Country-by-Country Reporting)
Monitoring Tasks & Month-End Activities
Journal Report Extraction

Role Responsibilities:

ITSM/ServiceNow Tool experience .
Analyze financial close, consolidation, and reporting requirements.
Good communications skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
Ready to work in 2nd Shift (approximately 3:30 AM – 12:30 AM IST)
