Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration processes, managing integrations with various systems, and coordinating release activities to ensure smooth deployment. The position also involves establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive solution evolution and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform, Pega Architecture, JSP, Java Script, Angular JS, HTML, Jquery, CICD.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments.
- Experience in setting and enforcing platform standards to maintain system reliability and performance.
- Ability to manage release cycles and coordinate deployment activities effectively.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to platform stability and business alignment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega Platform.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
