Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application EngineerProject Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operations. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while safeguarding compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience with integration of ITOM tools using APIs and scripting.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management and change control procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
