*Job Title:* Quantity Surveyor (QS) & Planning Engineer

*Location:* Pune*Job Summary:*

Responsible for quantity estimation, cost control, billing, project planning, progress monitoring, and coordination with site teams, contractors, consultants, and management to ensure projects are completed within the planned cost and timeline.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.

* Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates for various construction activities.

* Verify contractor RA bills, measurements, and work quantities.

* Monitor project costs, material consumption, and variations.

* Prepare and maintain project schedules and construction programmes.

* Track daily/weekly/monthly project progress against planned targets.

* Identify delays and coordinate with site teams for corrective action.

* Prepare MIS reports related to project progress, cost, and quantities.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement, and site engineers.

* Monitor material requirements and assist in planning procurement.

* Maintain records of variations, extra items, deviations, and change orders.

* Prepare monthly project progress reports for management.

* Ensure proper documentation of measurements, bills, work orders, and project records.

*Required Skills:*

* Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and rate analysis.

* Knowledge of construction planning and scheduling.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project/Primavera.

* Good understanding of civil construction activities and drawings.

* Strong analytical and coordination skills.

* Experience in residential/commercial construction preferred.

*Job Summary:*

Responsible for managing coordination with government departments, local authorities, consultants, external stakeholders, and other agencies to ensure smooth execution of company and project-related activities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Coordinate with government departments and local authorities.

* Handle project-related liaisoning and documentation.

* Follow up on permissions, approvals, NOCs, licenses, and statutory requirements.

* Maintain good professional relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, legal teams, and project teams for approvals.

* Track the status of applications, permissions, and pending approvals.

* Ensure timely submission and follow-up of required documents.

* Maintain proper records of approvals, correspondence, and statutory documents.

* Visit government offices and authorities whenever required.

* Support the project team in resolving approval-related issues.

* Keep management updated on the status of permissions and pending matters.

* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while dealing with external stakeholders.

*Required Skills:*

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of government procedures and construction-related approvals.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Good documentation and record-keeping ability.

* Knowledge of local authority procedures in Pune will be an advantage.
