Job Purpose: To plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the production and supply chain activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of modular kitchens as per customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:       

Develop and implement production plans based on sales orders and forecasts. Prepare daily, weekly, production schedules. Allocate resources (materials) efficiently to meet delivery timelines.

2. Material Planning:

Plan and monitor raw material, hardware, accessories. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability without overstocking. Optimize material usage to minimize waste.

3. Capacity Planning: Analyse production capacity and identify bottlenecks. Recommend and implement solutions to improve capacity utilization. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for seamless workflow.

4. Monitoring & Control: Track production progress against schedules. Resolve deviations and escalate delays if needed.

5. Coordination: Coordination with sales, design, procurement, production, and logistics teams. Support project managers for site coordination and delivery.

6. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare Monthly production and planning vs achievement reports. Analyse production data for continuous improvement.

7. Team Management: Supervise planning team members and assign responsibilities. Ensure adherence to company policies and safety norms. Work allocation to planning team and get the desired output as per norms

Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling. Familiarity with Basic ERP systems and MS Excel. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Leadership and team management skills.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in production/planning in relevant industry Hands-on experience manufacturing processes.

Salary: 40 to 50k
