2 to 4 years experience in General Ledger process in BPO environmentShould be Commerce graduate Accounts graduateProficient in ERPGood Communication skills with written and verbalGood analytical skillsKnowledge of advance MS OfficeAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to work independently and a strong team playerMulti tasking & team management abilitiesRolePreparation of different types of standard as well as adhoc journal entries received from the customer as per defined quality parametersProcess inter-company transactionsProcess fixed asset requestsPrepare balance sheet reconciliationPerforms General Ledger tasks based on month end calendar and checklistWork collaboratively with other teams as requiredMeet all client deliverablesEnsure timely and accurate delivery of SLAsReporting KPI Dashboard etc
