Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Team Leader to lead a team of Sales Executives. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and must have hands-on experience in sales closing. They will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, managing site visits, and ensuring successful deal closures.Proven experience in real estate sales closing is mandatory.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into bookings.

Good knowledge of the real estate market and CRM software.

Target-oriented with a strong focus on revenue generation.
