Job Description
Position: Receptionist / Telecaller
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Location: jm road pune
Salary: [Salary] per month
Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Attend to visitors and provide information about the company/services.
Make follow-up calls to customers and prospective clients.
Maintain customer and call records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
Explain company services and respond to basic customer queries.
Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain a professional and friendly reception area.
Coordinate daily administrative and office activities.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
Freshers are welcome.
Previous receptionist, telecalling, customer support, or sales experience is an advantage.
