Job SummaryThe Restaurant Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food according to company standards, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations.
• Resolve customer concerns courteously and promptly.
• Maintain a positive dining experience.
• Food PreparationPrepare food items according to standard recipes and portion guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Billing & POS OperationsProcess cash, card, UPI, and digital payments.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Cleaning & HygieneMaintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, wash areas, and storage areas.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules.
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Inventory & Stock HandlingReceive and store inventory correctly.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) procedures.
• Report low stock levels and wastage to supervisors.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
• Delivery & Online OrdersManage Swiggy, Zomato, and takeaway orders.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with delivery partners when required.
• TeamworkSupport fellow team members during busy periods.
• Follow instructions from Shift Leaders and Restaurant Managers.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass.
• Prior restaurant, café, QSR, or retail experience preferred.
• Basic English and local language communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Preferred SkillsPOS billing experience.
• Food handling knowledge.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Working HoursRotational shifts.
• 6 days per week.
• Weekly off as per roster.
