Are you an experienced and driven sales professional with a passion for providing solutions in material handling, lifting, rigging & climbing products?

TACKLERS, a renowned name in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer for Sales, to join our team. As a trusted dealer and provider of a wide range of products, including lifting slings, counterbalanced floor cranes, hydraulic material handling products, ladders, scaffolding, and rigging products, you will have the opportunity to represent a reputable brand and contribute to TACKLERS’ growth.

Responsibilities

- Visiting client site and understanding the requirements. Hold discussions on possible product solutions. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.

- Follow up with customers in a timely manner to secure sales. Meet sales targets by proactively prospecting and converting leads into valuable sales opportunities. 

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients. Actively identify and engage potential customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the advantages and features of our products. 

- Stay informed about latest market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in selling industrial products with a proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.

- Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend industry events and explore new business opportunities. These activities can be pan-India. Skills for negotiation, relationship building and deal closing. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasksand meet deadlines.
