Role Description

• At the CRM Sub-Domain, our mission is to transform Private Bank processes through scalable, cloud-native applications and automation. • The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery across CRM application teams, ensuring effective Scrum practices, continuous improvement, obstacle resolution, and alignment between business, product, architecture, and engineering teams. The role enables high-performing teams to deliver business value efficiently while maintaining compliance with Deutsche Bank standards and governance processes.

Your key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure effective delivery planning and execution.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery commitments.
• Monitor sprint metrics, team velocity, delivery predictability, and Agile health indicators.
• Drive transparency through effective reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Support dependency management, risk identification, and mitigation across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Ensure alignment with Deutsche Bank SDLC, governance, compliance, and release management processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Facilitate discussions between global teams across business and technology functions to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and adoption of Lean-Agile practices across the organization.
• Drive release planning and coordinate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Application Support teams.

Your skills and experience

Agile & Project Delivery

• Strong experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile principles, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery across distributed teams.
• Experience tracking team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, burn-up, lead time, and cycle time.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
• Ability to facilitate conflict resolution and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners to optimize backlog prioritization and delivery outcomes.

Tools & Technology

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and cloud-native delivery models.
• Familiarity with modern application architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as GCP is advantageous.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist
• Agile Coaching certifications are an added advantage
