The position requires active collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to identify process improvements and implement best practices within software engineering operations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development among team members to strengthen overall team capabilities.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance within SAP HCM environments.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting payroll modules to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Ability to analyze complex payroll scenarios and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other enterprise systems and modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing payroll operations and enhancing system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
