Job Description

Stock Audit & MIS

  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock checks as required.
  • Support periodic physical stock audits and reconciliation.
  • Prepare periodic MIS covering:
  • Opening and closing stock
  • Inward and outward quantities
  • Sales/consumption
  • Stock value, wherever applicable
  • Fast-moving and slow-moving products
  • Critical/reorder stock
  • Damaged/obsolete/returned stock
  • Pending purchase/replenishment requirements
  • Stock discrepancies
