Role Overview

Guide prospective and enrolled nursing candidates through Taldo's German language and career pathway program — from first inquiry to enrollment to ongoing academic progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective candidates (and often their families) on the Germany nursing pathway, program structure, timelines, and costs

• Convert inbound leads (from telecalling, Meta/Google ads, walk-ins) into enrolled candidates through in-person and phone/video counselling sessions

• Explain German language training levels (A1–B2), fee structure, and installment/financing options clearly and accurately

• Address family objections and concerns - a critical part of the enrollment decision for most candidates

• Track candidate academic progress through the language training journey (A1 to B2) and flag at-risk candidates early

• Coordinate with the Pune training centre and telecalling team (Riya) to ensure smooth handoffs from lead to enrolled student

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM (Privyr/Runo)

• Support seminar/webinar events for candidate acquisition when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any discipline); prior experience in education counselling, admissions, or ed-tech preferred

• Strong spoken and written English and Hindi/Marathi; comfort explaining technical/visa-related information in simple terms

• Empathetic communicator, comfortable handling family-level conversations and objection handling

• Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with CRM tools and follow-up discipline

• Prior experience in nursing/healthcare education, study-abroad counselling, or international recruitment is a strong plus
