Job Description
Vehicle & Driver Supervisor
Location: Arna Bakers Pvt Ltd, Village Jaroda, Raipur - Baloda Bazar Marg, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 493225
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Food & Accommodation: Company ki taraf se provided (FREE)
- Main Responsibilities Company ki sabhi vehicle papers aur documents manage karna.
- Vehicles ki servicing, repair aur maintenance ka dhyan rakhna.
- Company vehicles ki tracking aur daily movement check karna.
- Vehicles ka FASTag recharge aur related kaam handle karna.
- RC, Insurance, PUC, Fitness aur other vehicle documents ki validity check karna.
- Vehicle ki service aur maintenance ka proper record maintain karna.
- New drivers ka joining aur induction karwana.
- Drivers ko supervise karna aur unki attendance, discipline aur timely reporting ensure karna.
- Drivers ke saath coordinate karke vehicles ko time par available karwana.
- Vehicle breakdown, repair aur other vehicle-related problems ko handle aur coordinate karna.
- Staff quarters ki cleanliness, hygiene aur basic maintenance ka dhyan rakhna.
- Staff quarters ke repair aur maintenance work ka follow-up karna.
- Staff quarters mein proper cleanliness aur hygiene maintain karwana.
- Candidate RequirementsVehicle/driver handling ka 1–3 years experience preferred.
- Vehicle documents, servicing aur maintenance ki basic knowledge honi chahiye.
- Drivers ko manage aur coordinate karne ki ability honi chahiye.
- Candidate responsible, active aur organized hona chahiye.
- Basic mobile/computer knowledge hona chahiye.
- Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
