About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Sales Executive to join our growing sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers, understanding their business needs, explaining products, and building strong professional relationships.

You will work with businesses, understand their requirements, introduce them to our solutions, and help convert interested prospects into customers.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services accordingly.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Manage leads and keep customer information updated.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Work towards monthly sales goals and contribute to overall team growth.
• Learn and improve your sales, communication and product knowledge continuously.

Who We're Looking For;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions clearly.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling or SaaS sales will be an added advantage.
