Role

As the Learning Manager- CE, you will report to Area Service Manager.
The purpose of the role is to enhance service quality and customer's service experience from the available manpower by developing technical competencies of the by providing training.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. To enhance product knowledge, develop technical skill of channel partners & HMCL staffs
2. To provide product technical support for activities conducted as a part of collaborative effort.
3. To identify the learning demand through manpower RAT analysis and execute the programs
4. To enhance learning experience through learning innovations, creativity & new ideas

A Day in the life

As the Learning Manager, you will start your day by planning, executing and at times conduct the training programs to develop the technical skill of channel partners and HMCL staffs. You will also have to enhance learning experience through learning innovations, creativity and new ideas

Academic Qualification & Experience

- BE / B Tech (Mech)
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Service training or other Technical background

Technical Skills/Knowledge

-Knowledge of Product & Variants
- Knowledge on two wheeler technology with fluency in practical skill
- Fluency in computers with knowledge of software MS Office
- Proficiency in Corel Draw
- Effective Training Delivery
- Project Management
