Job Description

Business Development Manager (BDM)Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Industry: Plastic Recycling Machinery Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Handle domestic and international leads and convert them into customers.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable machine solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and confident personality.
  • Basic understanding of industrial machinery/manufacturing is an advantage.
