Accountant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, good knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Maintain ledgers and perform basic account reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounts-related matters.
• Support audits and provide required financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
