Salary : Rs. 10000/- to Rs. 15000/- (fixed)+ incentives 

A collection telecaller job involves contacting debtors

via phone to negotiate repayment

terms and ensure timely

recovery of outstanding debts, focusing on achieving collection targets and

maintaining accurate records of interactions. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Contacting Debtors: Making outbound calls to debtors to discuss outstanding debts and payment arrangements.

·       Negotiating Repayment Terms: Discussing payment plans, instalments, and other arrangements with debtors to facilitate debt recovery.

·       Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of all interactions with debtors, including call summaries, agreements, and payment details.

·       Meeting Targets: Achieving assigned collection targets and contributing to the overall success of the collection team.

·       Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions related to their debts.

·       Following Company Procedures: Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding debt collection practices and customer interactions.

·       Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry best practices related to debt collection.
