Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to grow our sales of concrete and precast products across Ranchi and Jharkhand.

This is a field-heavy sales role. You will be responsible for going into the market, meeting contractors, builders, developers, architects, engineers, government departments and project teams, generating enquiries, following up and converting opportunities into orders.

You should be comfortable spending most of your working day in the field rather than sitting in an office.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across Ranchi and Jharkhand.
• Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, developers and infrastructure projects.
• Generate leads and convert them into enquiries and orders.
• Build relationships with civil contractors, architects, consultants, engineers, developers and government project stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming construction and infrastructure projects and develop them as sales opportunities.
• Promote our range of concrete and precast products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for pricing and technical requirements.
• Follow up regularly on quotations, samples, trials and pending orders.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.
• Maintain an updated database of customers, projects, enquiries and follow-ups.
• Track competitor pricing, products and market activity.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Build long-term relationships rather than relying only on one-time sales.
