Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, inventory management, staff supervision, sales support, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and leadership skills and experience managing a retail, wholesale, warehouse, or similar store environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise, train, and manage store staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment as required.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper receiving, checking, labeling, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain proper arrangement and organization of products in the store/warehouse.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and management teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly stock and operational reports.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of goods.
• Minimize stock damage, loss, pilferage, and wastage.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
• Handle customer and staff-related operational issues.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Support sales targets and ensure timely availability of products.
• RequirementsGraduate preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in store, inventory, retail, wholesale, or warehouse management.
• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in utensils, crockery, glassware, kitchenware, appliances, gift items, retail, or wholesale distribution will be preferred.
