Job Description
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of electric scooters and components.
* Ensure quality standards, SOPs, and inspection procedures are followed on the production line.
* Inspect key components such as battery, motor, controller, wiring harness, chassis, brakes, tyres, lights, body parts, and other electrical/mechanical components.
* Identify manufacturing and assembly defects and control rejection and rework.
* Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Supervise and guide QC Inspectors/Technicians.
* Maintain daily quality, rejection, inspection, and defect reports.
* Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Perform final inspection and provide quality clearance before dispatch.
* Monitor the quality of vendor-supplied components and coordinate with vendors regarding quality issues.
