Could you be the full-time Reliability Engineer in Saharanpur/ Main Depot Office we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in reliability data analysis in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly reliability reports while driving technical improvements and supporting data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as engineering design teams, project operation managers, and service/warranty implementation teams, while also managing interfaces with external suppliers and information solution tools like RailSys Light and DWH. You’ll also provide feedback to improve database quality and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of issuing periodic reliability reports and performing statistical analyses to identify technical weaknesses, but also ensure compliance with Alstom Transport/Engineering processes and instructions.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring the periodic reliability report is issued on time and meets quality standards
Raising issues to the next level in case of gaps or abnormalities
Interfacing effectively with Services/Warranty Implementation (WI) depots to ensure proper execution of activities described in the Reliability Demonstration Plan
Challenging Services/WI teams to capture relevant and complete data in RailSys Light
Providing feedback to Services/WI depots to enhance database accuracy
Ensuring data quality is at the required level for implementing new Service/WI depots

Degree in Electrical and/or Electro-mechanical Engineering
Experience or understanding of statistical analysis and reliability measurement methods
Knowledge of database management
Familiarity with tools like RailSys Light and DWH
