Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Cooking & Food Management
- Prepare fresh, nutritious daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) according to guest preferences and dietary needs.
- Plan weekly menus, purchase groceries, and maintain inventory logs for kitchen stock.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards across kitchen surfaces, food prep areas, and utensils.
2. Property Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Oversee housekeeping to ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are clean, disinfected, and presentable at all times.
- Manage linen, towel changes, and laundry services.
- Perform or schedule minor repairs (plumbing, lighting, basic fixes) and coordinate with third-party vendors for major issues.
3. Guest Care & Admin Duties
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and record maintenance in visitor registers.
- Assist guests with luggage, local directions, and general queries during their stay
