Portfolio Relationship Manager - WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients focusing on working capital and salaried personal loans. - Drive sales efforts to achieve targets related to working capital and salaried personal loan products. - Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable loan products. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and servicing of loans. - Monitor client portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while managing client relationships. - Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales approaches effectively.Job role
