What you'll be doing:

✅ Converting inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Practo, Instagram) into booked consultations

✅ Welcoming patients and coordinating their appointments and treatment schedules

✅ Following up with patients to keep them on track with their recovery plans

✅ Working closely with our therapists and management on patient retention

✅ Hitting monthly targets — with real incentives paid out for every target you achieve, not just a fixed salary

✅ Growing into a genuine healthcare CX career, with structured training from day one

Who we're looking for:

• Prior healthcare telecalling or healthcare front-office experience — you already know this world isn't like a regular call centre
• A strong communicator who can build patient trust fast, in both Tamil and English
• Someone organized who follows up properly and takes ownership of their numbers
• Target-driven, but genuinely patient-first — non-negotiable for us
• Open to both male and female candidates
