Relationship Manager - Retail

Key Performance Targets (Quantitative)
    • Loan Sourcing & Disbursal: Achieve specific monthly, quarterly, and annual volume targets for home loan sanctions and final disbursements.
    • Login Quality & Count: Maintain a high number of quality file logins with minimal rejection rates.
    • Portfolio Spread: Cross-sell related financial products like insurance, credit cards, or Home Improvement Loans. [1, 2, 3]

Channel & Market Development (Qualitative)
    • Channel Partner Network: Build and maintain active relationships with real estate builders, developers, and local channel partners (DSAs/brokers) for steady referral streams.
    • Market Mapping: Conduct local market research and outdoor campaigns (such as site visits and exhibitions) for lead generation. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Process & Compliance Management
    • File Processing: Conduct initial document verification, check basic eligibility/financial profiling, and log complete files.
    • Team Coordination: Follow up proactively with internal credit, technical, and legal evaluation teams to ensure smooth and fast loan processing.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company lending policies, KYC norms, and anti-fraud guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Customer Relationship Management
    • Client Engagement: Deliver great customer service from initial application through post-disbursement support to encourage referrals.
    • Query Resolution: Address customer or partner complaints swiftly and transparentl
