About PrimeCare Diagnostics

PrimeCare is a fast-growing diagnostic supply and technology company serving labs across Hyderabad. We supply consumables, support NABL compliance, and manage lab relationships through our own platform. We are building our field team from the ground up — this is a ground-floor opportunity with direct career growth as we expand.

What You Will Do

• Visit 8–10 diagnostic labs daily across your assigned cluster
• Build and maintain relationships with lab owners and lab managers
• Take and coordinate orders for diagnostic consumables and lab products
• Collect payments and manage credit accounts for your labs
• Identify and onboard new lab accounts in your area
• Report daily activity through our mobile app (simple, 5 minutes per day)

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in pharma field sales, medical representative, or diagnostic/lab sales
• Must own a bike or scooter (fuel fully reimbursed)
• Telugu fluency required — Hindi is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Hyderabad lab/clinic geography
• Smartphone user comfortable with WhatsApp and basic apps

Compensation

• Fixed: Rs 22,000/month
• Fuel allowance: Rs 3,500/month
• Activity and collections incentives: Rs 3,000–8,000/month
• Lab contract closure bonus: Rs 12,000–15,000 per reagent contract signed
• Realistic monthly take-home: Rs 35,000–50,000

Growth Path

Top performers in this role will be considered for Zone Manager positions as PrimeCare expands to additional areas. This is not a dead-end field role — it is the foundation of our operations team.

Preferred Areas (first cluster)

Candidates familiar with Kukatpally, Ameerpet, Madhapur, HITEC City area will be preferred for the first opening.
